	28 years in Law Enforcement with over 17 years of SWAT/tactical assignments, including Entry and Team Leader. R. K. has extensive experience training law enforcement personnel throughout the United States as well as outside the country. He is certified as an instructor through California POST, the FBI, H&K's International Training Division, Singleton International, NRA/Law Enforcement Division, Armor Holdings, Sage International, etc. A U. S. Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran, R. K. is a recently retired lieutenant with the Huntington Beach (CA) Police Department.
